As the talent market becomes ever more competitive, companies are increasing their focus on employee health benefits as a means to attract and retain the top skills employers require in today’s rapid-cycle economy.

90% of organizations surveyed by Harvard Business Review Analytic Services view employee health benefits as an important way to demonstrate their organization’s understanding and concern for the needs of their workers. Over the next three years, half (51%) of organizations expect health benefits to be an even higher strategic priority than they are today.

Yet there remains a disconnect between the investment employers are making in health benefits compared with the value employees get from them.
