Cassie has served as the Director of Human Resources at BambooHR since 2012. She is an observer of human nature and uses her almost 20 years of HR experience to aid organizations, teams and individuals in building systems, processes and communication patterns that align with business objectives. 

Belief that success is built by the contributions of each individual is what inspired her to focus her talents on human capital development. She earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Accounting from Utah Valley University.


Signy Roland

Manager of Health Services, League

Signy Roland is the Manager of Health Services at League who works with clients to develop customized and impactful corporate wellness programs. Signy believes that every company, no matter their budget or goals, can create a diverse, inclusive and engaging healthy work environment. 

Signy has supported companies such as University Health Network, Klick Health, and Starbucks Canada in implementing and supporting their corporate wellness and employee engagement goals. Signy holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and an MPH from Columbia University. Health and wellness is also a priority in her down time, and she loves to travel and support causes that are close to her heart.
